007 complies with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. This policy explains how personal information is handled on this site and when you make a reservation.
1. Information the site collects
The site has no accounts. When you send the reservation request form, the date, time, party size, pickup point and where we should reply (the app and your number or ID) reach 007's reservations team by email and Telegram; they are not stored on the site's servers. The form is sent only after you agree to this policy.
If you choose to send the message yourself through an app, what you enter is processed only on your own device.
2. Information processed automatically
- When a page is opened, your IP address, browser type and the time of the visit may be recorded in the hosting provider’s access logs.
- We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to count page views, clicks on our contact buttons and reservation requests sent. Google Analytics may use cookies, which you can refuse in your browser settings.
- Korean, Japanese and Chinese fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address is passed to Google when they load.
- Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load. It collects only measurements that do not identify you (such as load times).
- One language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) keeps the language you chose for a year. It holds only the language code.
3. Information we receive with a reservation, and why
When you reserve through the request form, by phone or by message, we receive:
- the phone number, messaging ID or email address where we should reply (and your name or how you would like to be addressed, if you give it);
- the date and time of your visit and the size of your party;
- your pickup point, if you ask for the car.
- We use this information only to confirm your reservation, prepare your room and the car, and reach you on the day.
4. How long we keep it
A reservation request has served its purpose once the date you booked has passed (for a request without a date, 30 days after we receive it), and it is deleted within five days of that. Our reservations team deletes it from the reservations mailbox and the Telegram chat; it is not copied anywhere else.
If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so without delay, except where the law requires us to keep it. Records another law requires us to keep, such as payment records, are kept apart for the period that law sets.
5. Sharing
007 does not give your personal information to any other person or company, except where the law requires it.
6. External services and processing outside Korea
- Website hosting and access logs: Vercel Inc. (United States). When you open the site, your IP address, browser type and the time are sent and kept in the host's access logs; this is needed to show you the site.
- Visitor statistics: Vercel Inc. and Google LLC (United States). Page views, contact-button clicks and the count of requests sent go to them as you browse and kept for each company's retention period. Blocking cookies or tracking in your browser stops them.
- Fonts: Google LLC (United States). Your IP address is sent when the Korean, Japanese and Chinese fonts load.
- Transfer of reservation requests outside Korea (Personal Information Protection Act, Article 28-8): the date, arrival time, party size, pickup point, the app and number or ID to reply on, and your language go to Google LLC (Gmail, United States) and Telegram Messenger Inc. (Telegram, data centres in several countries). They are sent over an encrypted connection the moment you send the form, used only to arrange your reservation, and deleted after the period in section 4. Each company's contact details are in its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy, telegram.org/privacy).
- If you would rather they were not transferred, you can reserve by phone instead of the form. Nothing is then transferred, and your reservation is no different.
- Messages you send through the app you choose (KakaoTalk, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram) are handled under that app’s own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing. Contact us below and we will act without delay.

- Reservation details are handled only by the people who look after your reservation.
- Every connection to the site is encrypted with HTTPS.

10. Changes to this policy
