These terms set out how you may use the official website of 007 Gangnam (“007”, the “site”) and how reservation enquiries made through it are handled.
1. What the site does
- It describes how an evening at 007 works, its prices, its cellar and how to reach us.
- It offers a reservation request form. A request you send reaches 007's reservations team by email and Telegram and is not stored on the site's servers. You can also send the same message yourself from your phone or messaging app.
- It lists the ways to reach us: telephone, KakaoTalk, Telegram, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat and email.
2. Reservations and entry
- 007 admits guests by reservation or membership only. Guests who arrive without a reservation cannot be admitted.
- A reservation is made when 007 replies to your enquiry confirming the date, the room and an estimate. Sending a request from the site, or writing and sending a message, does not by itself make a reservation.
- Every guest goes in with a member of our staff, whether or not they arrive by our car.
- Under Korea’s Juvenile Protection Act, persons under 19 cannot be admitted. 007 may ask for identification on entry and may refuse entry if it cannot be confirmed.
3. Prices
Prices on the site are in Korean won; the prices the site shows are the current ones. They may change, and the site is updated when they do.
The amount for your evening is the estimate confirmed with your reservation together with anything ordered at the table. The site’s estimate tool is a guide only.
4. Changes and cancellations
If your time or party changes, or you wish to cancel, please tell us in advance in your chat with your member of staff, or by phone.
5. What we ask of guests
- Please give accurate details when booking and do not use another person’s information.
- Please do not access the site by automated means in a way that burdens or disrupts it.
- At 007, please treat our staff and other guests with respect and do not request anything contrary to the law. Otherwise the evening may be brought to an end.
6. Copyright
The text, photographs, films and design of the site belong to 007 or their rightful owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
7. Limits of responsibility
- 007 is not responsible when the site cannot be provided for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters or network failures.
- External services linked from the site, such as messaging apps and maps, are governed by their own terms and policies.
- 007 works to keep the site accurate. Where the site and the details given with your reservation differ, the details given with your reservation apply.
8. Changes to these terms
007 may revise these terms within the limits of the law and will publish the revised terms on the site with their effective date.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction over disputes in the first instance.
10. Language
These terms are provided in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese. If the versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
